Refund policy

Refund Policy 

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. All sales are final.
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where an exchange is not possible due to product unavailability. In such cases, the refund decision will be made at the sole discretion of the brand.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Products can’t be returned under any circumstances
However, we offer exchanges in the following cases:

1) The product is damaged upon delivery
2) You receive an incorrect color or size
3) You receive the wrong product

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once order processing has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted
